Heidi is feeling outnumbered but also entertained by all the Bedwell boy antics. It's so wonderful how much Ashton loves his brother Emmett and he's already teaching him some of his crazy faces. Where does he get his goofy sense of humor from... not from his mom.
As for Mercer, he's known around the hospital as the kid who likes to pee on the nurses (not shown) if they're not paying close enough attention when changing his diapers.
