The day started off with Ashton's participation in a neighborhood 4th of July parade. The entire block was closed off and was filled with patriotic parents and kids alike. The smell of grilled hamburgers and sun screen filled the air. What an all American day it started out to be!
Afterwards, the Mariners didn't fare so well against the Angels, but Ashton didn't mind. His tummy was filled with hot dogs, lemonade and ice cream. We searched the entire ball park to locate the home of the Mariner (mascot) Moose, but to no avail.
